Gildas – the classic Spanish tapas bite of manzanilla olives, boquerone, piparra peppers and anchovy. Aged manchego with membillo paste and olive oil
Salmorejo gazpacho shooter – a variation of gazpacho with cool jamon broth, tomatoes, cucumbers, peppers and bread; served with anchovy-stuffed olive and hard-boiled egg
Serrano jamon wrapped Spanish tortilla with garlic alioli, piquillo vinaigrette, frisee salad
Pulpo a la Gallega – sweet Spanish octopus with poached red potatoes, arbequina olive oil, flake salt and smoked pimento
Iberico - the incredible Spanish black-footed pig, grilled and served with Basque apple cider demi-glace, panaderas potatoes and pimenton
Olive oil white wine cake – fluffy sponge with fresh strawberries, strawberry foam
